Replacement Power Supply for Original Hearts / Maple Leafs / Moustaches

After having my Glowing Heart for over 2 years, one day it just stopped working. I called for assistance, and I was told that I needed a new Power Supply. I was also told that the lifespan of the Power Supply should be around 10 years. For that reason I thought that I would be sent a new one free of cost but I was told that it would be $10. Then I was told that I needed to pay another $10+ in shipping costs. This surprised me as the company is based in my city. As far as delivery, the product was delivered within a couple of days.

My replacement power source arrived very quickly and worked immediately. I was very happy to be able to replace this power source rather than have to buy a new heart.

So glad to see a company that offers replacement parts instead of buying a whole new product. Customer service was able to help me diagnosis the issue quickly too. Easy fix and easy pickup!

It worked! We have had our magenta heart for 4 or so yrs and it started flashing. We just replaced the power cord and it works like new again!

Just what I needed. My heart, which I’ve had for a few years, started flickering off and on, sometimes rapidly like a strobe light. No issues now with new power supply.
