Cable Replacement

After sending an email regarding my heart not lighting I received an extremely helpful reply to help solve my issue. I ordered the suggested new cable and I was back in business. My beautiful heart glowed once more. I was thrilled.

Replacement power supply

After close to three years of 24 hours a day use, my Glowing Heart started to flicker. Ordering a new replacement power supply fixed the problem and my Heart is once again glowing brightly in my window. Highly recommend products and service.

Flickering Heart Light Solution

My Glowing Heart was flickering. I called the Customer Service Line and got immediate feedback that power outages or surges could damage the power supply cord. The recommendation was to purchase a new power cord. Problem solved! I really appreciated how kind the gentleman ( unfortunately don't recall his name) was and the follow-up to ensure all was well. Awesome customer service - sincere thanks!

Worked Like a Charm

My Glowing Heart, purchased in 2022, stopped lighting up. I was so disappointed because I adore it an d I feared that the LED lights may have burned out. After reaching out to customer service, they determined that the power supply cord most likely needed replaced. It arrived quickly, and I’m happy to report that my beautiful heart is once again lit up!
