The Good News: Fur Ball '23
Share
This Halloween we participated as a sponsor to one of the hairiest events all year: Fur Ball '23—a charity Halloween dog costume parade featuring some of Toronto's best-dressed pups.
Hosted by Dogs of St. James Park, over 100 dogs and their guardians descended on St. James dressed to the nines on October 28. They strutted their best costumes down the runway, giving us everything from cowboys and dinosaurs to Ninja Turtles and Duffman. Judged by a distinguished panel of judges, the top 3 dogs took home a suite of amazing prizes.
In addition to the costume parade, a charity raffle sponsored by your favour local businesses (like us!) helped to raise over $5000 for Through Ruff Times, which provides support to those with animals experiencing poverty and houselessness.
Thank you to those that came out this year. We had a ton of fun, and hope to see more of you and your beloved pups for next year's event! To view more photos and get more information on this fun annual event, make sure to check out:
